Pay is competitively better for college graduates. Good for those who are hired from college it self.

Cons

Job security. Bonus is not for every one. Dirty politics in the appraisal

Good Company, great people. Generous Culture

Pros

Good salary. Not the best in the industry. But much better than the average in Bangalore. Office condition very good. Everything from cleaning to infra is well managed. Free cabs. Good work-life balance.(many people do 10-6) Technology - Will get to learn many things. Good bonus usually.

Cons

Average food in canteen(not free) No other perks apart from the above mentioned. Hike's less.
