1) Nice Atmosphere 2)You can communicate with anyone irrespective of hierarchy. 3) Some strategic projects are going and work is really well there, kind off startup 4) You will see most of the team use new technology if had the chance to do. Work depends mostyl on projects and teams.

Cons

1) Too many unnecessary meeting (Catch-ups with Manager, Manager's Manager, mentor and many more) 2)The actual effective working hour is very less since many people is busy in doing 1 to 1s 3) Indian manager mentality, make me happy ill make you happy rather than awarding on the basis of work done. The networking plays a very important part in promotions and appraisals 4) The hike is very less normally, and they will not take care until you put papers
