      Most of the time your promotion depends on the years spent at the company and not on your real output and achievements Work-life balance is really hard to keep

      Pros

      Some good policies, a .lot of employee engagement activities. Decent pay.

      Cons

      1. Old tech stack 2. Lot of chaos at every level. 3. They promote individual contributors however there is very minimal accountability. 4. Many people have been working for like more than a decade and it's difficult to convince them to upgrade.\ 5. Their agile process is really bad and they are not utilizing JIRA to its full extent which seems like wastage of resources. 6. Some basic terminologies are not used, many people are okay with incorrect process and tool usage. 7. Not a great place for the long run if you want to learn some process.

      Good compensation Sharp people to work with Good policies with regards to leaves, mediclaim etc

      Cons

      Lots of processes to be followed which lead to more than 60% of the day being spent over zoom calls After a point you will start losing touch with your technical skills
