      MS is still recognized as a top employer brand on the job market, which gives an advantage in the CV.

      Cons

      Total reward is BS. The company takes financial advantage of loyal employees meanwhile spending large amounts hiring senior positions and consultants. Over the years, it is becoming a more bureaucratic, red tape organization.
