Pros

Friendly people, most teams have an open door policy, very multicultural teams and respect for diversity. Work life balance is good. Flexible work arrangements are generally the norm. Onsite gym is ok value for money and convenient.

Cons

Long term staff retention is poor. Overall structure of pay and compensation is poor compared to other firms. Use "titles" to promote rather than fair compensation for the right level. Too many levels which are not really useful such as manager vs senior manager. Promotion to VP/officer level near impossible in some departments, takes too long and little or no increase in salary when & if it happens. Short term view on cost cutting means they don't invest in people long term and the result is high turnover, and bad morale.

Pros

Good payers, good culture and comprehensive trainings.

Cons

Careless attitude of Senior Management towards the grassroot employees They lay off people without even notice or enquiring about the person, just by word of mouth from seniors. Total politics, performance of a person is not at all considered. No work life balance. I see this organisation not long lasting Layoffs is a common thing here

Pros

Promotions are almost guaranteed if you stick long enough. Get in, work for one year, speak with you manager to get on 'track'. one year to get on track and not get promotion and then next year its your 'turn'

Cons

Runs like a sweatshop, Face time is more important than actual work, no regard for data quality or intent to fix it long term. Adjustments (scratch data to suit needs) is all over the firm. Every Q4 is bad and when its good, other issues are introduced to not give enough bonus. Raises in base are below market. Senseless job cuts of senior people and then working multiple years to re teach the skills.
