Pros

Good benefits and great PTO package. I believe it’s 20 vacation days, 10 sick days, a few wellness days in the summer, and my department gives off days for birthdays as well. They have a bereavement policy as well. I enjoy my team and the management is healthy and non toxic.

Cons

My bosses have a lot of people ahead of them in chain of command and seem to have little say in the policies associates are affected by. It seems right now we are going through a corporate squeeze, less employees and more work. Like many jobs, the upper management doesn’t bear the burden of proof or explanation for policy rollouts. It’s pretty demoralizing watching your team get laid off while more and more is demanded of you. You are encouraged to work overtime and the highest performers you are compared to do.

Pros

Freedom to work on tasks as you see fit. Good work life balance. Good programmers and challanging projects.

Cons

Culture of kiss up-kick down, and clicky. Some colleagues think they are your boss and act condescending becasue they have been working at the company for a couple of years. 3 mandatory days in office.
