      Cons

      No feedback or one-on-ones. No career help. Soulless company that loves to push others down in order to climb the ladder. Tech shouldn’t be like this. Expected to work long hours and be available to come in whenever if needed - even if weekend or public holiday

      chill rooftop with fresh air and view of Danube and Buda

      Cons

      I didn't get a laptop although I needed one for my daily work. Manager was not supportive in helping me adjust for the role. Some people come here as interns and work for the crappiest salaries on the market. Work-Life balance practically inexistent - reports / jobs / tasks need to be done no matter what. Citrix sucks and is not a proper platform for doing work. I always dreamt of working here but they shattered my opinion about the place.
