They hire laterals just because company dictates reporting should be local. So the managers are hired without any clear role and responsibilities. Do not give platform for new comers to establish. Total disconnect between US and India management. Old technology stack.

Great Company #1 in the Industry! You will feel very proud to work for the Best Co. They have the Best system to help you assist your clients. You will work around very Smart People. Many locations to move and relocate if you get lucky!You will get hire by new Co. before you can relocate.

Cons

No room for human errors, Always walking on eggshells. Lots of meetings. FAs are very disrespectful and will treat you as Inferior, Not as a Team Member. They Micromanage your day. Managers will Not stand behind your back, if you need to escalate an issue, Human Resources will Never answer your call for help. Levels of stress is at 1000% every day. Not for weak or type B personality. No flexibility to work from home except for COVID 19.
