One of the worst call centers I have ever worked at!!. Poor Trainers. Salt Lake/Sandy location only. The trainers acted liked the crew of "Jersey Shore". And were more interested in playing online games, and getting into people's personal lives then helping or answering questions with regard to economics, or tax questions. I was fired and not given a reason. Even though I was on time everyday, and passed all my tests, and adhered to company policy. I was through a temp agency, and when I asked the staffing service why I was fired they said I "Clashed with Management"-- Utah is an "AT-Will" state. However, MS had also told me that in training they had an "OPEN Door Policy". I feel that they should have opened their doors to discuss any perceived differences, or had taken some kind of corrective action such as a written, verbal, or a final before firing me. Which they did not tell me why. Ironically, they fired me just before I would have been eligible for benefits... This is a reason why some american s don't have health insurance in Utah. Because employers out here are wasting time to train employees, then firing them if they are not as "trendy" as the management... in my opinion.
