      You get to contribute to all aspects of Software Engineering on some of the bestselling rugged handhelds of the Enterprise Mobility Industry.

      Cons

      I don't see any major downside working in this esteemed organization.

      Pros

      Well known brand and company. Good salary and compensation package. Strong balance sheet. Encourages innovation and ideas.

      Cons

      Not many opportunities for career growth/change. Tend to get pigeoned into one role and little chance to change although management claims to have a talent sharing pool. The problem is this is a reality for only a few people near the top.

      Pros

      Good benefits and salaries compared to other companies. Work environemnt and schedule is relaxed.

      Cons

      Poor management with misaligned skill sets. Most of management don't understand the company and products. Very heavy on top (Too many exectives and VPs). Like most big corps, greed seem to be taking over few top level exectives.
