      Pros

      Flexible schedules. I love that you can work from home. Managers don't micro-manager. It doesn't matter from where you get the job done, as long as the job gets done on time. Open door policy from managers Co-workers are quick and eager to share their knowledge and experiences. Good work-life balance. Sense of stability

      Growth is not as fast Loosely structured development programs/trainings.

      Getting to work in latest technologies Getting to know technologies that can save millions of people Flexibility in timings Friendly managers Good compensation and consistent hike for valuable performers

      Cons

      HR does not play any role in employee development. HR is all about systems and processes that are predefined and dumb. No extra facilities (like decent lunch etc.) other than salary is available in locations (e.g. Gurgaon) in India. No interaction between teams in Gurgaon. Senior management/leadership hardly interacts with ground level employees.
