Benefits are Illinois Centric. 2019 health plans have changed. No HMO options. Seems as though the new healthcare is similar to ACA plans. Cost more,cover less. No information available to fully investigate. With all the acquisitions, incentives are minimal (if at all existent)-no pay increases! Constant management changes and restructuring-implies too top heavy of a management structure. Creates excessive confusion which increases employee concerns about job stability. Excessive outsourcing of company structural issues. HR & benefits, certain IT functions, etc.
