      Pros

      Work life balance. Learned a lot about the business and was able to be apart of a lot of different groups. People were great to work with.

      Cons

      Management look out for themselves. If you want to take on more work, they will gladly give it to you, without any compensation. Lay offs every few months. No job stability.

      Great engineers, the ones that are left..... god bless them and their families. At least there are plenty of jobs out there!!

      Cons

      Totally greedy insane upper management...destroyed a great company would advise all engineers to avoid this company. Gross mismanagement and misdirection I have 40 years experience. this company is the worst.

      The company is being run into the ground by greedy CEO. Layoff's keep on coming. Constant looking over your shoulder. Most consider themselves lucky to be let go, since the work piles up on those left behind. Most managers are too busy managing up to care about their employees. In fact, no one cares period.
