      For old-timers's the pay is competitive.

      Cons

      The culture is absolutely toxic. There is no new blood, and most of the people are just hanging on for a package or until they can retire.

      Pros

      They have a good 401K plan, and the people that work there are great. The Company touts collaboration, move fast, be nimble, and make good decisions, however most employees are not empowered to do these things without approval from upper level management.

      Cons

      The benefits are good but they have passed on a lot of the cost to the employees. It is hard to get promoted. There have been major lay-offs for the last few years, and it is not a good environment to work in.
