      Pros

      Impactful work. Great team in Glasgow office. Got opportunity to move to different project when I was unhappy with the type of work first assigned.

      Cons

      Pay is below market rate. Senior management seem to change their mind about product direction every 5 seconds. Salespeople have a habit of selling things that do not exist without consulting engineering teams.

      Works with high end technologies. Good learning scope.

      Cons

      Very poor salary. Management has poor technical knowledge. CTO behaviour is very rude and behaves like zamindar. Favouritism exists a lot. Unless you lick boot of few people you won't grow. Less number of leaves. Very poor and powerless HR. HR is helpless, practically non existent and.
