Pros

- Generally still attracts a higher calibre of candidate/employee than direct Salesforce - intelligent, kind people - Potential to be at the forefront of the AI adoption in companies

Cons

- Increasingly toxic culture - emphasis on high performance seems to be having the opposite effect of demotivating sales teams. Office atmosphere is terrible! - Removal of flexible work from home. - Removal of the vast majority of SPIFFs - previously used to offer double commission on new logos in Q1 etc. Increasingly hard to hit targets/financial goals. - Lack of progression into new roles with headcount restrictions (expect for Director level roles) - Repeated layoffs - this has hugely impacted office morale/atmosphere
