Under too much pressure No time to use the toilet sometimes Too many targets and more and more documentation each year minimising patient contact Lack of resources due to tight budgets Under media scrutiny so more pressure Too many bank staff on wards Not enough nurses going on strike and patronised and bullies such as doctors and psychologists...yes, psychologists who are snooty and believe themselves better than nurses NMC fees up every year despite very minimal salary increase Who monitors our management Directors not visiting us and/or patients and their families but jus sending emails now and again to micromanage us

Bullying, managers who can't manage and pay lip service to policies to protect staff. Managers wasting money inventing pointless procedures to keep themselves employed but ignoring the workers when they get disillusioned. Its awful and miserable! I don't know who the chief executive of Airedale hospital trust is, I know her name but as far as i'm aware I've never seen her! Now that's bad!
