      Fair initial experience for a recent graduate but there are way better jobs to find out there.

      Huge company, so you get a sense of employment safety.

      Cons

      Low salaries. Too far from the city. Too bureaucratic, Your clothes smell terrible after a working day, even if you don't go to the plants (because of the gasses used in the process). The working environment is harsh (foundry)
