Pros
As an intern there I got to engage in many meaningful projects. Everyone is always willing to help out and teach you what you need to learn to get the job done. There is a lot of flexibility - if you want to be involved in certain projects all you have to do is ask.
Cons
The big company structure makes getting some jobs done very difficult. When dealing with external suppliers there are a lot of hoops to jump through in order to get a job done.
