Pros

Work Life balance is respected most of the time. It's easy to cruise without being noticed.

Cons

Poor communications between management and workers. Management/Team Leaders frequently do not know the staff working for them or their capabilities/experience. Working well and going the extra mile is pointless as there is frequently no feedback on any activity done well or badly. Career progression is almost nil unless you want to travel and have worked in the org for 15+ years.
