Nice building and nice employees.

Cons

The dollar is more important than the person but isn't that the norm? Very poor raises - one small cost of living increase in two years. Departments are "silos" - no cross communication or shared goals.

- no room/support for development. Minimum training. No support. No place to be promoted to. - very poor salaries and poor pay rises. - no job roles are advertised internally. No chance for employees to apply. - lack of communication from local management. - no work life/balance. Expected to work weekends and evenings for no overtime pay and insulting amount of lieu time.
