Pros
It depends on the boss you have but usually the environment is quite friendly and the hours are flexible.
Cons
Things are not said to your face, it is a hierarchical company and a step up in your career usually only happens if you are sympathetic to some high-level manager. I would not call Nissan a meritocratic company. Processes are slow and it is difficult if not impossible to make them faster.
