- Nice environment - Not so "deadly" deadlines - Stability - Good starting point for a person (regarding the environment)

Cons

- Lack of inspiration - Many different tools between products while there is no need for that - Low salaries - Too much routine - Career opportunities? (not even close..) - Bad starting point for a person (regarding the inspiration and the "extra milestone")

Flexible timing On time salary You can be busy all the time doing the junk work which is assigned to you

Cons

1. The work promised during interview has no relation with what is assigned 2. Assures development work but gives testing 3. They search for cheap labour. Salary not competent 4. No place to sit in office as its over crowded. And no body cares about it 5. Worst cafeteria you need to stand and wait untill others finish eating 6. Calls for weekend work by jus providing lunch for the day and you get nothing else for working whole day 7. One guy doing 3 people work here.
