I have worked in NOKIA around 4yrs which was fornally NSN. - work environment is too good - very good learning,improves domain knowledge - your hard work is very well recognized - understanding managers and peers jump in to help you at your work when required - great work life balance and friendly people everywhere -fun at work - your initiatives are well considers, encouragement to improve leadership skills

Cons

-No onsite opportunity - hike will be based on your current project. - not much facilities provided by the company Not many cons as its one of the best companies to work with.
