If you are looking for a easy going work culture where there are no constant probes to your work and flexible work timings then NSN is the place to be.

Cons

The work you do may tend to be very monotonous and dissatisfying. The management fails to give perks to deserving candidates.

There are many hard-working, competent, engineers. Everyone pitches in together to get the job done. Senior management is very open with upcoming re-structuring activities.

Cons

There is a 40% layoff occurring, so it is difficult to know if your job will be there tomorrow. Travel is very limited, making it difficult to attend training classes and impossible to attend trade conferences.
