Generally a good place to work - a big family
Pros
- Flexibility in working hours & possibility to work remotely if needed - Some benefits in place (ticket restaurant, private health insurance) - Respect from upper management & withing teams (some exceptions in place) - Many social activities in place where you can participate, Some employees are actually motivated to give actual effort in such initiatives (this is something that you definitely don't see in other companies) - Freedom of speech - Carrier opportunities came up during the site rump up in the last years
Cons
- Salaries are in a quite low level. if you decide to continue in our company here in Athens you need to be ok with low or zero financial growth - Freedom of speech is being stepped on. Employees quite often have to tolerate with "political attacks" withing the company. Nothing is done there to deal with this situation.
