Relaxed and friendly co-worker environment; very horizontal organization; possibility to contribute and suggest ideas and be heard; no dress code is expected; home office is usually well-accepted.

Cons

Salary freezes in the last couple of years; some office ammenities reduced; long processes and many approvals needed for a salary or job profile increase; necessary to get used to uncertainty and constant change.
