      A great place to balance research and development

      Pros

      Love being able to tinker with a lot of research ideas and then develop them into applications that are relevant for the industry. NRC provides a stimulating place for research without being in a cut-throat environment that only rewards how much code gets into production.

      Cons

      The company is not doing too well at the moment and a lot of question marks about it future.

      Pros

      original culture of the Nokia pre-Elop is a really good one, and many employees you speak too would have no problems retiring in Nokia. Benefits are very competitive and probably difficult to find elsewhere

      depending on your manager, you can have a wonderful life, or a hellish one, just luck

      Pros

      Many things to learn while being new in the project ... Work life balance is great ... Good work ambience.

      Cons

      Things become slow over a period of time. Compensation is not competitive; because of which the quality of new recruits go down; which in turn reduces the overall health of the team.
