Pros

Relaxed working environment and not too much pressure. Many traveling chances abroad and opportunities to change position inside the company.

Cons

Salaries tend to be lower than what other similar companies pay. Also, budget for low cost countries are very low, which affects both salaries and benefits.

Pros

The company trust's it's employees. A wonderful thing, except that many take advantage of this. Awesome benefits - medical, leased car, mobile phone bills, broadband, new phones every 2 years, laptops etc. Bangalore R&D is not treated as a software backend "sweat-shop".

Cons

Trust is misused by many - it's common to find senior managers with no competence comfortably building fiefdoms in Nokia. Too many re-organization's; with every re-org a common theme is that the good people get laid off, and the idiots manage to find jobs. No job security beyond 6 months.

Cons

Company financial situation is on growth track but still a lot need to be achevied for a sustained business, this some time create havoc in the employees.
