      Pros

      In Nokia, you can enjoy work life balance. Managers are decent. You will not see any bureaucracy at least in Nokia Bangalore. Also if you are good technically, you will be respected and valued very well. Also Nokia follows "very human" as one of its key values and that is visible even when the company is facing fierce competition and it had to cut down head count. The Nokia gave very good support to all the affected employees. Also the company is transparent in all the communications to employees.

      Cons

      Salary is ok but not very good. Nokia is not paymaster. Lots of processes and management overhead because of the big size of Nokia.

      Work environment, flexible time, good benefits...

      Cons

      0 chances to move up unless you know someone, it is becoming an aging company after the merges with Siemens and Motorola, there is no growth, there is no hiring, there is no money for training... company keeps losing money, we haven't had a decent salary increase since 2005
