a bit low efficiency in decision making. Compensations are not related to performance tightly. innovation usually is not the top priority. "keeping current status running" usually is.

Great people, great values, and excellent work life balance. It's a great company with great history of innovations and creativity. Nokia has extremely good design team combined with experts in hardware and software.

Cons

Employee has very little influence on company's strategy. Directions seemed to be dictated by non-engineers. Too frequent technology changes.
