      Pros

      One of the best things about working at Nomad is the supportive company culture. Nomad's strength is in its people and it's one of those rare companies that seems to know that. Upon joining Nomad you will find yourself getting to know people in far flung teams before you know it.

      Cons

      Nomad is still a young company. The pace is fast and things aren't always stable. But if you can find your sea legs it's worth the ride
