Making serious plans to leave this horrible company

I totally agree with the review of 10/06/16 - this place is a horrible, backstabbing, blame-shifting, arse-covering, bullying environment. Disgusting culture of bullying and picking on perceived weaknesses. If your face don't fit, don't come to work here!!! You will be belittled, ignored and placed under enormous pressure, then forced out.

Pros

Only Pro is that I now work for a company that values its staff and does not bully them.

Cons

There is a culture of Bullying and abuse towards staff and those who should object just turn a blind.to it all. Extremely poor leadership in the past 2.5 years resulting in the best staff who can move having done just that. An example is you are looked down upon if you ask to take any holiday or work less than 12-14 hour days. A very inward looking attitude delusional they can rule the world from a small office with a top table for their ego.. No training for staff no ownership from Development or the invisible R&D teams it is all rolled downhill. There is very low staff morale the issues raised in staff Survey 15 months ago were completely ignored.!! Big on branding very small on solutions that actually work and the same mistakes are made time and again. There is an R&D department somewhere and prepare to be spoken to in a very rude manner when you expect anyone in Newcastle`s help - forget that as this office is exempt from owning even their own work tasks. ! In the last 2.5 years the reputation has been ruined and the blame lies with those at the top who failed time and again and who also made redundant those who tried to tell them that they were heading for trouble.

Pros

There used to be quite a few with like minded colleagues all trying to achieve a common goal, success for the business, innovation and happy customers! Simple! Enter the new CEO and his cronies in 2013 and the downward spiral began...rapidly!and continues...

Cons

Toxic bullying environment that starts from the top. Once a global leader now a global joke with antiquated firmware, hardware that takes years to innovate, development houses with no clue or direction, customer service that amounts to false promises and no conviction, it’s just a really sad company run by incompetent clowns!
