Pros

Benefits: meanly health plan is good

Cons

14 working hours per day and working on weekends. If not, you will be fired. No objective criteria of assessment. You are a complete slave of your manager. Absence of vertical feedback. You receive feedback from your manager, but your opinion about management does not matter.
