      You will be working in something that is changing the world (financial inclusion) Good salary Excellent environment You will work with the best talents in Data Science (and other You can work with Data Science experts (example: Facure for causal models) Work life balance is great Working from home and going to the office only about 4 weeks per year. Respectful environment. We act like owners (not renters) You feel challenged and you will always be learning You have the opportunity to learn English/Portugues You can get RSU's Very collaborative team! Very flexible company! Nu cares about yourself (you are not just 1 more employee)

      Cons

      You can feel "impostor syndrome" as the team is mainly of high performers. You need to speak english! And probably start studying Portuguese (or Spanish)!
