      Pros

      The big Company allows for lots of resources and redundancy in many areas which was very helpful in some ways.

      Cons

      Much of the software and templates used were very outdated

      Pros

      My paycheck is always on time. Most of my colleagues are friendly and competent.

      Cons

      Upper management controls the workflow across several different industries and a lot of the time this isn't ideal and makes getting things done difficult. Processes don't apply to my work/industry but I have to do it anyway because thats the way the "system" is setup. And the proprietry software sucks. too many redundancies in the workflow.
