Pros

No pros whatsoever, can give -ve stars if its in my hands

Cons

With the introduction of New CTO the company will surely going to die before its due time, he is such a jerk that he fired many hardworking people without any reason or without any Intimation, he will personally monitor you even when you enter or left (people even joke about secret microphones and cameras) he doesn't bother to Interact with the team, he is only Interested in talking with few bunch of guys who are undeservingly promoted as EMs, moreover he is placing his own guys at the important positions, Old guys from the tech team are leaving company at very fast rate, the legacy built by AJAY(old VP) is all lost, now everyone talks about how to leave this company, Guys if you think you are going to learn new technology think again you will not be given a chance to think out of box, I worked here for a long time and just left because of all these reasons.

Pros

Decent salary. There is no other benefit.

Cons

REPS INTERVIEWING PLEASE NOTICE: Job Security is a HUGE FACTOR. What is going to happen when OYO saturates the market with their hotels? Where is your job going to be? OYO is over hiring BDMs all over the US. Too many sharks not enough food. Redefined a territory into very small quarters. Territory overlaps in a market designed for economy/budget/3 star hotels/motels/inns/lodges. Very few opportunity with too many reps in the market. The company's goal is to expand rapidly. When the market subsides majority of these BDMs are out of a job. OYO's expense program Happay has not paid me my expenses yet and it has been over a month. Communication from leadership? None. Changing out pricing structure by the month. Means of communication? WhatsApp Emails/Whatsapp messages/calls during weekends/late nights is going to be consistent as they are from india.

Pros

Learn everything from the scratch.

Cons

Lie a lot about stuffs like compensation and appraisals. Expect 12-14 hours workday. Random decisions by management.
