Job security is very low. CTC is included with 20% of variable pay, and need to achieve minimum target to earn it. Challenge is the KPI and it's weightage will be changed frequently in short period.

I've never been more disrespected for being a top performer in my life. Work/life balance was horrible. They would dangle carrots for prizes and commissions in front of you but if you surpassed the quota they would not pay you. Then, if you asked about it they would treat you horribly and spit in your face by saying "you should be lucky to have a job". Also, I was promised a promotion for almost 6 months. They actually hired people from out of state for the position, paid them a large salary, and when they resigned after 2 months offered me the position for much less money. They have no sense of direction and are far from reality. Every single thing they say is a lie and will smile in your face when they do it. Then upper management came from overseas and berated every sales person that couldn't make a sale eventhough they could not make a sale themselves. They have no idea how to run a business or treat employees. If you are a yes man and don't mind being talked to in the most disrespectful way possible then this job is for you. If not, stay FAR AWAY from this company. It's like working for a cigarette company and telling every consumer of yours that you can't get cancer from smoking.
