      Management hires good people from ISB, IIM but themselves lack management skills Rest is the history.

      1. Used to be the people

      1. Little understanding of how a UK business works, run as if it was still in India 2. Work life balance 3. Management expect things to be done 'ASAP', it is unrealistic and can be stressful especially with the added chasing 4. Things go around in circles as it seems nobody really knows what to do 5. Had too much ambition and wanted fast growth to the detriment of hotel owners and (Ex)employees 6. If you are looking for a long-term career I would avoid this business, not very good future outlook and no real career progression
