      Pros

      Got Independence while working, Responsibility of owning challenging tasks and most importantly learning:meeting new people, working on new tasks everyday. Ritesh is a lively person, highly motivating and definitely a role model. OYO leadership and teams are highly Dynamic, working with them is fun. Gurgaon office is amazing, place is full of activity and excitement.

      The pay is decent for the work

      Cons

      So disorganized. Only focused on growth instead of fixing their current issues. Which means the chaos only grow as they bring on more properties. Their favorite excuse is “it’s a start up”. Real startups don’t use that as an excuse.

      Not a good move if want a settled job

      Great team of individuals trying hard to make the business happen.

      Cons

      Not a settled work ethics. They dont give proper training and will issue a PIP on 2nd month itself. Dont give time to learn about the business, just want results from very first week. Hiring and firing is a regular scene. I wont recommend it to anyone who want a settled job.
