      Don't Walk... RUN Away

      Pros

      Flexibility in schedule, decent pay. Time to find another job.

      Cons

      Absolutely no organization, systems, policies, in place. It's a complete free for all with everything. They put structure around the most bizarre things and let everything else fall to the side. After all the lay offs they said they "learned their lesson" but all evidence to the contrary. No actual changes made, just a lot of talk and fluff. The leadership who made all the poor decisions leading to layoffs and other negative impacts to the company are still in their positions with zero accountability and are continuing the pattern of irresponsibility while everyone else continues to suffer.
