      Salary, fairly liberal expense reporting, freedom to make own schedule

      Cons

      Little training, constantly changing business practices, very bad international reputation, recently fired 2400 employees, little support from management, HAS BEEN OPERATING IN MARYLAND without license to do so!

      I dont know where to start. The company is rotten from its core out. Each aspect is horrible. From the sales teams, the HR , the clients OYO has. The clients are all pissed at OYO. Many now dont even want to associate themselves with the brand. IF THERE IS HELL ON EARTH ITS OYO.
