Pros
1- Dynamics of this profile is huge, You take care of operations, servicing,sales and even building supply as per specific requirements 2- Breaks you out of your comfort zone
Cons
1- Live & let other live. Outside of OYO their is a life of DM, which get ruined beacuse of 24/7 work culture which is not official but once you are 4-6 months old in the system, this happens. 2- STOP MAKING IT TELECOM COMPANY. People from Vodafone has made the sales culture worst. Old people are not able to breathe. 3- More of bosses in the teams rather then leaders 4- Don't know much about other hubs. But ahmedabad hub sucks now.
