      1) Well, you really have to work here! Forget about execution or repeating what has been done already, OYO actually offers you opportunities that you will not get anywhere else at such an early stage of your career. 2) The environment is very upbeat, there is a lot of enthusiasm in the culture and people are really bright.

      * It was incentives but now stopped * 60 days given to know the system

      Cons

      * No value for employee think employees are slave * pay over and excess to employees who do not deserve as MMCEO as a package of 14-20 lacs * promote people who more around as spoon specially Girls * will promote you but will not pay * u need to be a spoon to save your back * at city level they will implement rules as per their benefits * Will not listen to the team leader
