Pros

- Learn everything on how to build scalable business. Fantastic company to work if you want to start your startup - Highly metric driven company. A must for company to grow fast. - Clients are hotel partners. So managing and meeting them is fun - Learn everything from end of end of business, as BDM are at the core of OYO

Cons

- pathetic work & life balance. You might get a call even at 10 pm to solve issues of hotel partners or regarding operations - While as a startups, the targets are bound to be extra-aggressive. But there is hardly any pro-active planning by any manager and then as a result when everything hits rock-bottoom, they dismiss the people. - Targets are hyper-aggressive without any fundamental growth plan. Or even if its there, its not shared with central - Its beyond startup phase, company is stuck in processes now. Processses are so frentic, then you almost loose the track of your main work
