      As a part of this company from past 2 years and 3 months, I can say you can only survive if you are keen to learn and grow. This company makes you think out of the box and leaders always aspire us to think and move

      Cons

      Manangment need to keep a check on there downline regularly so that companies name is not spoilt other than that work life balance is a concern but thats concerning every startup

      Freedom to share your thoughts, execute crazy plans, excellent balance between professional and personal life ( no chick chick baazi ), good paymasters

      Cons

      The Management is well led but gives a lot of weight age to oldies in the system and turns a deaf ear to some one who is trying to bring in a positive change
