      Good incentive structure and upper management is dealt with great concerns.

      Cons

      Because of too much of revenue stress employees underperform and opt for wrong ways to increase their achieved target. Due credit is not given to an employee who outperforms.

      Great learning experience, extracts the best from you, develops entrepreneural skills, team management.

      Cons

      No work life balance, salary is quoted different from what is paid, no training, HR describes different KRA at joining then manager's story is different, get work of 5-6 individuals done from 1 individual.
