Learning about hospitality industry, Worked under good managers from reputed colleges, good learning company for freshers . Great opportunity to develop sales skills

Cons

After sales, 24/7 Work culture, sales person has to handle all escalation. No proper account management, difficult to promote the product because most of the customer think Oyo have only budget hotels
