      -Amazing colleagues -No red tape, all decisions are open and leadership is very approachable -Very open to new ideas and process improvements -Complete ownership of your project

      -Lack of structure within the team -Unclear communication on projects being done by various teams, so often same project being done by two different verticals in the organisation
