Communication is very clear between employees and department heads at OYO. If you work well, you easily get noticed and get praised by CXO's. I have seen CXO's and Department heads very active even in company chat groups trying to guide and help employees in every possible way. There is huge scope of growth in every department at OYO, be it operations, business and technology, you always have a opportunity working across different functions, seamless internal department transfer process open for every omployees.
